Single Builders operates from the Burke & Smyth House & Land Centre at 266 Peel Street, Tamworth.
The Centre provides a facility for where your project can be managed from the preliminary consultation process through to design, approval and construction.

The House & Land Centre together with Burke & Smyth Real Estate are able to provide a range of commercial, industrial, project development and subdivision services ranging from site acquisition, feasibility, project marketing, leasing, management and sales and depreciation scheduling.

Owners Mark and Loanna are freely available to you, together with the real estate office staff, giving you access to a building design team, construction management team, planning consultant, building certifier and sales and customer service staff.  This provides you with a one-stop shop from Residential House & Land Packages right through to major Commercial Development.
