Construction Managers

»   Michael Dormer

Michael is engaged by the company as the project co-ordinator. His role is to schedule each stage of your project to ensure it progresses efficiently. Mick also facilitates the approval process and provides technical advice on planning and building matters. He is a level 2 Private Certifier with 10 years’ experience in planning and building surveying.

»   Michael Trappel

Michael is employed as the commercial construction supervisor.  His role is to oversee the commercial projects during the construction phase.  He has 20 years’ experience in building and 10 years’ experience in construction management.

»   Justin Single

Justin is the residential construction supervisor. His role is to oversee the project during the construction phase. He is also engaged to undertake quality control supervision to achieve our goal of consistently constructing quality buildings.

Administration Staff

»   Sharni Benson, Katrina Wynne and Sarah Knee

Sarah and Sharni are both registered Real Estate Agents whilst Katrina is the advertising manager who oversees weekly advertising, websites and information brochures.

All three have excellent interpersonal skills and a sound knowledge of our business. They provide a vital role within the team in terms of co-ordination, client liaison, customer service and business support.
